Your Role...
We are looking for a Senior Research Development Manager with a proven track record in international research management and an expert in the EU funding environment.
Reporting to the Vice-Rector for Research, the strategic research development manager will work at a strategic level to increase the University's research income and help to implement its international funding strategy.
With a focus on EU funding programs, this includes the mapping of research strengths, pre-award and post-award management, communication with international stakeholders and networks, as well as coordination of internal administrative processes. In close collaboration with existing teams, the strategic manager will work transversally with multiple university services to support the research community in the acquisition and management of complex research programs.
As a key member of the VRR's team, the strategic manager contributes to advance research and innovation goals, and to foster academic and operational excellence throughout the University of Luxembourg. Key priorities include:
