JOB DESCRIPTION:
SPIN (« Sciences des Processus Industriels et Naturels ») center is a research, teaching and technology transfer center recognized for its expertise in Process Engineering applied to granular media, at the service of innovation for industrial companies facing the digital and environmental transition. More precisely, the successful candidate will reinforce the theme dealing with gas sensors and associated microsystems for applications in the field of industrial processes intensification, control of environmental standards and health, in the PTSI (“Procédés de Transformation des Solides et Instrumentation”) department.
The recruited person will align his/her research project with that of the Laboratoire Georges Friedel Research Unit. The Laboratoire Georges Friedel (LGF) is a Joint Research Unit of the CNRS (UMR 5307). It brings together all the potential of Mines Saint-Étienne in the fields of materials, mechanics and processes.
Reporting to the head of PTSI department, your main tasks will be:

3. Possibility to participate to teaching activities in link with regulation and instrumentation
Tasks may change depending on the needs of the department and Mines Saint-Etienne.
