You will be integrated in the SICL's team of international lawyers and researchers.
In this interesting environment, you will work under the supervision of the principal investigator of a project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation on applicable law, jurisdiction, recognition and international cooperation in the field of filiation with foreign elements. The aim is to respond to the new legal requirements created by the use of innovative methods of assisted reproductive techniques (ART) and new forms of surrogate motherhood.
This is a fixed term position of 4 years linked to a SNSF sponsored research project.

The Swiss Institute of Comparative Law is an internationally recognized and innovative center of excellence for comparative law. As an independent administrative unit of the Swiss Confederation, its main task is to make foreign and international law accessible in an objective manner to judicial and administrative authorities, lawyers and notaries, and private individuals.
