Areas of Accountability:

• Collaborating with faculty to design and implement interprofessional education (IPE) curriculum.
• Coordinating interprofessional education activities, workshops, and events, ensuring their seamless execution, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Contributing to the ACPE accreditation process and ensuring that all activities align with accreditation standards and reporting requirements.
• Coordinating interdisciplinary research initiatives with AUIB's Center for Research and Development.
• Fostering relationships with faculty, students, and external healthcare professionals.
• Developing and overseeing assessment and evaluation processes for IPE experiences.
• Engaging in committee work at both the college and university levels.
• Providing academic advice and support to pharmacy students

Required Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Familiarity with healthcare and pharmacy education standards

• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Data analysis and assessment skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with technology and software for educational program management.

• Excellent communication skills in English and familiarity with the American system of higher education.
