Description of the research activity:

OBDA Query Answering over Temporal and Graph Data - Applied and foundational research on query rewriting techniques for Property Graphs annotated with temporal information. The research activities will focus on the following: 1) design algorithms for query answering over property graphs annotated with temporal data; 2) study extensions of those algorithms able to capture semantics coming from domain ontologies; 3) study the scenario where data is virtual, that is, provided in terms of declarative mappings to the sources; 4) implementation of the devised techniques in a prototype system.
