Im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts ABSTRACTRON konzentriert sich die Forschungsaktivität auf Methoden und Ansätze zur Abstraktion im Ontologie-Engineering. Darüber hinaus werden die Anwendung, die Auswirkungen und die Relevanz von Ontologien und Techniken der konzeptuellen Modellierung im Kontext der aktuellen KI-Forschung sowie neuro-symbolische Schlussfolgerungsmethoden untersucht, wie sie im Rahmen des Projekts CAIGE erforscht werden.
