Job description :
ACER is excited to announce open rank positions for post-doctoral researchers dedicated to advancing the fields of Carbon Negative technology, Capture methods, Utilization processes, and Storage solutions. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research aimed at developing innovative strategies for reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable practices. The specific research areas that post-doctoral researchers will explore include, not limited to:
Pyrolysis, gasification, hydrothermal carbonation, hydrothermal liquefaction, Fisher-Tropsh, etc.
CO2 capture methods (Chemical and calcium looping, absorption, adsorption, membrane, cryogenic, molten salt, etc.)
CO2 utilization & conversion to high-value chemicals (e.g., electro/photo chemical CO2 reduction; catalytic chemical conversion; biological; etc.)
CO2 mineralization of industrial waste
ACER is actively engaged in cutting-edge research and development initiatives aimed at advancing innovation in carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), decarbonization, and carbon-negative pathways. The open positions currently available provide a valuable opportunity for skilled and driven individuals to join a dynamic team and make significant contributions to this important and evolving field of research.
