Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates are expected to:

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions in their field, with a special emphasis on applications in Medicine.
• Design and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes, particularly within medical education.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters, including pathways to medical school and careers in healthcare.
• Collaborate with colleagues across medical and healthcare disciplines to support interdisciplinary initiatives and academic programs.
• Lead and contribute to research, scholarly activities, and publication.
• Participate in MD program administration, academic committees, and community engagement.

Qualifications

Professor

• MD, PhD (or equivalent).
• Distinguished record of teaching, research, and leadership.
• Significant contributions to academic scholarship and clinical practice.

Associate Professor

• MD or PhD (or equivalent).
• Strong record of research, teaching excellence, and service.
• Evidence of academic leadership.

Assistant Professor

• MD or PhD (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated research potential and teaching ability.
• Commitment to collaborative academic growth.
