Programme coordinator position for the Planetary Boundary Initiative (m/f/d)

starting as soon as possible.
The position is funded until June 2027. Remuneration is in accordance with the German public tariff scheme (TV-L Brandenburg), salary group E 13. This is a full-time position with a weekly working time of 40 hours per week. The position can be filled on a part-time basis with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
The Planetary Boundary Initiative (PBI) is a growing network of institutions and organizations that aims to develop a comprehensive, annually updated Planetary Health Check – a science-based diagnostic of Earth’s vital signs (https://www.planetaryhealthcheck.org/). Through advanced modeling, AI-driven analytics and high-resolution Earth observation networks, PBI will deliver real-time insights on Planetary Boundary transgressions, assessments of systematic risks to human and ecological systems, and transformation pathways to restore global stability.
