Assistant Professor / Associate Professor
Focus: research and teaching

Department of Economic and Business Psychology
Teaching hours: 240 hours

Duties:
- conducting scientific research
- acquiring funds for scientific research
- publishing research results in high-scoring journals and monographs
- improving research workshop teaching
- organizational activities for the Department
- improving the workshop of an academic teacher
- developing original curricula
- organizing the teaching process
- organizing conferences and scientific seminars
Requirements:
- possession of a master's degree in psychology and a doctoral or postdoctoral degree in the field of social sciences in the discipline of psychology (awarded no later than September 30, 2025. )
- scientific publications (first or corresponding author of a scientific publication for a minimum of 100 points, regular publications in international journals in accordance with the list of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education)
- participation in the implementation of national and international grants (as a manager and/or contractor), acting as a manager in a grant received from external and/or foreign funds)
- experience in teaching in higher education in economic psychology, psychology of consumer behavior or marketing, decision-making such as lectures, seminars, graduate seminars (more than 5 years), including welcomed experience in teaching in English
- experience in organizing the didactic process (including implementation of new didactic programs)
- experience in preparing didactic materials and in developing new curricula
- experience in active participation in foreign scientific conferences
- experience in popularization of scientific research results
- very good knowledge of English and Polish to enable teaching and independent writing of publications in these languages
- computer proficiency and willingness to learn new applications
- research interests in the area: mental health, psychological impacts
- willingness to teach also on weekends
- declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work

Formal criteria:
- academic achievements - 50% of the final score
- teaching achievements - 30% of the final score
- organizational or practical achievements - 20% of the final score
