Department of Criminal Law
Teaching hours: 180/240 hours

Duties:
- conducting scientific research
- obtaining funds for scientific research
- publishing research results in scoring journals and monographs
- improving the research workshop
- teaching
- organizational activities for the benefit of the Department
- perfecting the workshop of an academic teacher
- developing original programs of classes
- organization of the didactic process
- organization of conferences and scientific seminars
Requirements:
- possession of the title of professor or the degree of doctor habilitated in the field of social sciences in the discipline of law
- specialization in substantive criminal law and criminal procedure
- fluency in English and Polish
- a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (conducting classes with students and preparing teaching materials)
- readiness to work on weekdays and weekends
- teaching experience and academic achievements in at least one of the following areas of the following areas: criminal law, criminal procedure
- experience in active participation in foreign scientific conferences
- possession of significant scientific achievements in the area of substantive criminal law and criminal procedure, certified by publications in peer-reviewed journals with impact factor
- experience in the implementation of grants (manager, principal investigator, grantee) financed from external sources or experience in obtaining funds for scientific research
- declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work

Required documents:
- CV with a list of scientific, teaching and organizational achievements (with direct reference to the qualification criteria given above), as well as including a description of other professional experience and interests
- a copy of documents certifying the attainment of a degree or academic title
- a statement confirming knowledge of a foreign language at the required level
Formal criteria:
- scientific achievements - 50% of the final grade
- teaching achievements - 35% of the final grade
- organizational and practical achievements - 15% of the final grade
