Valsynthese is mainly active in the fields of custom synthesis and contract manufacturing for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Our chemical plants manufacture Fine & Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Intermediates and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. The broad expertise acquired by the group in the field of explosives since its foundation in 1894 today allows Valsynthese to position itself as an expert in hazardous chemistry. We provide our customers with a comprehensive offer from early phase development and piloting to industrial production.

The production facilities consist of several multipurpose lines with a current capacity of 1500 metric tons per year. They cover the full manufacturing range from lab quantities (a few kilogrammes) in our pilot plant to large scale (up to several hundred tons) in our chemical and pharmaceutical plants.
